Acceptance of Terms

By using keyspotstays.com, submitting a form, or contacting KeySpot Stays, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Services Described

KeySpot Stays provides short-term rental management services, including pricing, listing management, channel distribution, guest communication, and coordination with independent cleaning and maintenance providers.

Management relationships are governed by a separate written management agreement. We do not require long-term contracts; specific cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.

Guest booking inquiries submitted on property pages are requests only and are not confirmed reservations until confirmed in writing by KeySpot Stays.

Owner Responsibilities

Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, maintaining the home in safe and rentable condition, holding appropriate insurance, and complying with applicable San Diego short-term rental permits, taxes, HOA rules, and local laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in San Diego County, California.
