How long does onboarding take?

We aim to have your property live within a week of onboarding, and often within a few days if the home is guest-ready. The timeline mostly depends on scheduling the photoshoot and any setup items, like supplies or smart locks, that need to be in place first.

Do I have to cancel my current listing myself?

No. We walk you through it and time the switch so you don't lose bookings. Existing reservations are honored, and we coordinate the handoff so your new listing goes live as the old one winds down, avoiding gaps or double bookings on your calendar.

What if I already have a property manager?

That's common. Check your current agreement's notice period and any exit terms, and we'll plan the transition around it. We can run a revenue comparison first, so you can decide whether switching makes sense before giving notice to your current manager.

Can I still use my property whenever I want?

Yes. You can block dates for personal use at any time through your owner calendar. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we don't accept guest bookings for those nights. Already-confirmed guest reservations would need to be honored.
