Booking inquiries collect your name, contact details, travel dates, and guest count. Career applications collect your contact details, the role you're interested in, optional notes or LinkedIn link, and your resume.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to you, prepare rental estimates, discuss management services, handle booking inquiries, and review job applications. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and deliver email (for example, hosting, secure file storage, and email delivery), or when required by law. Resumes are stored privately and are accessible only to KeySpot Stays.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use essential cookies and basic, aggregated analytics to understand site traffic and improve performance. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking, provided by Google LLC. When a visitor completes our Get Started request, we send Google a record of that submission along with standard browser, device, and approximate location information, so we can measure which ads lead to inquiries and improve our advertising. This is used for ad measurement and ad optimization, not to identify you personally.
