You receive 20% of the management fees we collect on that property each month for the first 12 months.
What this could look like
A simple example
If a referred property earns $100,000 in bookings in a year and our management fee is 12%, our fee is $12,000. Your referral payment would be 20% of that, or $2,400 over the first 12 months.
